However, on occasions it is neccesary to alter prices and therefore
we maintain the right to discontinue any item from our
lists or change the prices as and when neccesary. All the prices quoted show VAT included, if you are a Non EEC resident and wish to take delivery outside of the EEC we operate a VAT 'tax back service'.
You will be refunded any VAT paid, however, customs charges and brokerage fees may be charged in the Country of delivery. Mangan & Webb accept no reponsibility for any charges incurred in this manner, if in doubt please enquire with your Customs department before ordering.
Mangan and Webb do not at present accept payment direct over the Internet. However,once you have completed your Enquiry form with the selected items of interest submit the form and your details. We will phone you back to confirm your order and take your credit card details.

Postage
Your orders are delivered either
by UPS or Royal Mail, the current postage and packing rate is
displayed on the enquiry form. We do deliver overseas and will
be happy to quote postage charges for our overseas customers,
just add your details to the enquiry text box at the bottom
of the form.
Returns
and Exchanges
Mangan & Webb abide by the
distance selling agreement. If any item is delivered in a damaged
condition or becomes damaged by defective workmanship please
return the item to us for inspection and replacement or a refund.
Postage will be refunded for items returned.
Delivery
If the item you require is in
stock dispatch will be on the same day, however, please allow
28 days for delivery if the product is out of stock, you will
be notified in this event.
